Job summary

Perimeter Security Partners in Brentwood, TN seeks a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee budgets, subcontractors, and the construction process from start to finish. The role requires coordinating schedules, tracking inventory, and ensuring material ordering aligns with project plans.

PMs will work with engineers, architects, vendors, field personnel, and customers to complete projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, construction management, or related field.
• 3 years’ experience as a construction project manager or in construction management.
• Ability to motivate employees, teams, and subcontractors to achieve goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Attention to detail and precision in documentation and reporting.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with project management software is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with on-site superintendents and update leadership on progress.
• Compile and organize electronic project documentation (pre-bid to close-out).
• Develop pre-construction submittals and ensure compliance with plans and safety controls.
• Coordinate with agencies and design teams for plans and permits.
• Maintain routine communication with vendors, subcontractors, clients, and staff.
• Input and track project data using Procore or similar PM software.
• Prepare, submit, and manage submittals, print schedules, and update client reports.
• Collaborate with PMs to manage budgets, schedules, and invoicing.
• Oversee safety plans and QA/QC processes to meet contract requirements.
