Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to work with the operations team to deliver services per contract, on budget, and on schedule with high quality. The role emphasizes cost control, monthly billings, and proactive client communication.

You will collaborate with internal teams, manage change orders, and help transition construction projects to maintenance contracts while maintaining strong relationships with owners, clients, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• BA in Landscape Architecture, Construction Science, Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction/landscaping with field/build experience.
• Proficient with MS Office suite, scheduling and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with operations to ensure services meet contract specs, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Manage cost reports, analyze budget variances, and review labor quantities for accurate tracking.
• Prepare monthly billings and assist in change orders and collections.
• Serve as main client liaison on project installation issues and build trusted relationships.
• Deliver timely reports, financials, and project schedules; inspect field work and resolve issues.
• Collaborate to convert construction projects to long-term maintenance contracts.
• Ensure projects are completed per plans, on budget, and on deadline.
