Job summary

Clear Global Solutions LLC in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced Project Manager IV to lead federal and mission-critical infrastructure projects from planning through occupancy on-site under a long-term contract. You will develop scopes, schedules, and budgets; review designs; coordinate with government stakeholders; and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CM/engineering.
• 5–10+ years leading construction or design projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specs.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, and scopes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to travel.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support federal construction and renovation projects. In this role, you will oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered on scope, on schedule, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and scopes
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to travel

Preferred

• Master’s degree in a related field
• Experience supporting federal or government construction projects

Security Clearance Requirement

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance (Secret / Top Secret / Public Trust)
• Employment is contingent upon successful background investigation and PIV card issuance
