Job summary

CLEAR GLOBAL SOLUTIONS, LLC in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced Project Manager IV to lead federal construction and renovation projects from planning through occupancy, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget. This role is on-site and full-time under a long-term contract.

You will develop scopes, budgets, and schedules; monitor costs and performance; review designs and contractor deliverables; and coordinate with government stakeholders to maintain compliance and successful project

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–10+ years of experience managing construction or design projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and scopes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and renovation projects from planning through occupancy.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support federal construction and renovation projects. In this role, you will oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered on scope, on schedule, and within budget.

Preferred

• Master’s degree in a related field
• Experience supporting federal or government construction projects
• Familiarity with cost estimating and project planning tools
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders

Security Clearance Requirement

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance (Secret / Top Secret / Public Trust)
• Employment is contingent upon successful background investigation and PIV card issuance
