You will participate in field operations, project support, equipment exposure, and technical learning, building a solid foundation for your career in the construction industry. The internship runs May through August.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a relevant degree program (Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar).
• Strong academic performance and passion for construction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Teamwork and ability to adapt to a fast-paced construction environment.
• Eagerness to learn and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to assist in planning, execution, and management of construction projects.
• Assist in project documentation including reports, plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Participate in troubleshooting and solving construction-related challenges.
• Spend time on construction sites to observe and participate in activities with project managers, engineers, and field staff.
• Gain exposure to heavy equipment operations under experienced operators and learn safety and upkeep procedures.
