Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee industrial construction projects, including warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities. You will manage all phases from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires at least 5 years of experience in industrial construction, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency in Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing industrial construction projects.
• Proven track record delivering warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing facility builds.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
