Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Administration; 5–8 years of related experience, including supervision.
• Must be able to read construction drawings.
• CCM, PMP, or OSHA 30 certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates design, plans, and scheduling of capital infrastructure projects; assists in development of scopes of work and reviews cost estimates.
• Directs project field inspection and field engineering staff to ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborates with Capital Improvement Project Team and other City departments.
• Develops and implements a project management plan including scope, budget, team roles, communications, and deliverables.
• Maintains project status reports for senior staff briefings.
