Job summary

Baker Construction seeks a Project Manager I to provide overall management for less complex project(s). You will establish objectives through planning and budgets, serve as the primary client contact, and monitor construction and financial activities with the Superintendent.

You will be responsible for the project’s financial results and safety, promoting the IIF culture on site and coordinating pre-construction duties, transitions, cost and schedule, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and 4 years of experience, or 8 years of construction related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Construction duties and transitions coordination.
• Manage cost and schedule of the project.
• Maintain client relationships and oversee project safety and risk management.
• Generate and submit technical records and support construction activities.
• Ensure a safe work environment and compliance with company policies.
