Job summary

Baker Concrete Construction, Inc is hiring for a Project Manager I in Jacksonville, FL. The role focuses on leading less complex projects, planning and budgeting, and acting as the main client contact while monitoring construction and financial activities with the superintendent.

You will be responsible for project financial results and maintaining a strong safety culture across the project team, with opportunities for growth within a leading concrete contractor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and 4 years of experience, or 8 years of construction related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall management direction on less complex project(s).
• Establishes project objectives through planning and budgets.
• Serves as the primary point of contact with the client.
• Monitors construction and financial activities in collaboration with the Superintendent.
• Responsible for the financial results of the project.
• Responsible for safety on the project by perpetuating the IIF culture.
• Coordinate pre-construction duties.
• Manage cost and schedule.
• Manage cash flow.
• Oversee the work of direct reports.
• Maintain client relationship.
• Generate and submit technical records.
• Support construction of project.
• Manage project safety and risk management processes.
