Job summary

Tiello LLC in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Project Manager with 8–10 years of experience in healthcare, commercial and multifamily projects. You will lead design development, scheduling, budgeting, and field coordination to meet quality, cost and schedule goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering and strong knowledge of local permitting and zoning. Procore, Bluebeam, Excel and job costing software experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a similar field (required).
• 8–10 years in construction project management with GC or related experience (required).
• Strong time management and ability to multi-task.
• Understanding of local permit and zoning regulations.
• Experience with Excel, Procore, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of job costing software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Preconstruction teams during development of project design and scope.
• Lead and manage the development of project teams to ensure quality, schedule and cost goals are exceeded.
• Manage project staffing and budgets to achieve project goals.
• Develop and implement project schedules to meet contractual obligations and team capacity.

Salary Range: $130K-140K

Tiello has partnered with a highly successful General Contractor/Construction Manager in the Philadelphia, PA area on their search for a Project Managerwith 8-10 years experience in commercial, healthcare, academic and hospitality/retail.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Preconstruction teams during development of project design and scope of work to identify challenges and propose solutions, providing critical input for project planning and contract documents.
• Must know the Philly market
• Understand and implement all project contract and subcontract agreements.
• Lead and manage the development of project teams internally and externally to ensure project quality, schedule and financial goals are exceeded.
• Manage project staffing to achieve maximum performance and efficiency to meet project goals.
• Develop and implement construction project schedule to meet contractual obligations and to match team size and skill
• Facilitate and improve communications between field staff, suppliers, subcontractors, clients, design teams and office management
• Provide effective and timely management, reporting and feedback of employee, subcontractor, and vendor performance
• Manage project budget and provide and analyze financial reporting.Make project adjustments to guarantee project cost control.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a similar field plus 8-10 years in construction project management with GC or related construction experience preferred
