Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three+ years of experience in wall and ceiling industry.
• Proficient knowledge of drywall and metal framing methods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee superintendents, subcontractors, schedules and project budgets.
• Coordinate with estimators, purchasing, safety and superintendents on bids.
• Direct budgetary and scheduling needs for project planning.
• Identify value-engineered details to reduce costs.
• Develop detailed job/material descriptions based on site size and client needs.
• Monitor project labor and costs versus budget; manage changes.
