Job summary

WxTite is seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. This role focuses on delivering projects on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

You will drive client relationships, prepare estimates and proposals, and coordinate with subcontractors and field personnel. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in construction, strong communication, and solid financial management skills.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in the construction industry or a related degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service required.
• Strong knowledge of project financial management.
• Experience in scope development, estimating, and pricing preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Procore and Bluebeam is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, maintain strong client relationships, and generate referrals through industry engagement.
• Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and manage all documentation, including submittals and subcontractor coordination.
• Lead multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Assist with accounts payable/receivable, payroll, forecasting, expense reports, and project reporting using current software tools.
• Work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure seamless project execution.
• Implement safety protocols, uphold quality control measures, and ensure all compliance and field condition documentation is accurate.
• Conduct regular site visits, oversee logistics, and manage project recordkeeping for accountability and accuracy.
