ARCO National Holdings is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee construction projects in Jacksonville, FL. You will handle estimating, scheduling, cost reporting, and coordination with owners and design teams from day one, driving project performance and profitability.

The role requires 1–5 years of hands-on construction project management experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with Microsoft Project and MS Office.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, or engineering-related field and/or construction management; with minimum 3.0 GPA.
• 1–5 years hands-on construction experience as project manager, assistant PM, field engineer or related internships.
• Design/Build experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Responsabilidades

• Manage managerial and administrative aspects of a project including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation.
• Ensure an accurate and complete project estimate.
• Collaborate with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings.
• Attend proposal meetings to review scope, discuss cost-saving ideas, and provide value engineering suggestions.
• Oversee buyout process and selection of subcontractors.
• Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings.
• Prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines and ensure 100% completion.
• Communicate with leadership and train interns/coops.
• Make sound decisions and maintain project priorities.
• Plan and manage multiple activities to achieve results.
• Commit to quality by evaluating processes and implementing improvements.
