Job summary

SERVPRO of San Angelo - 11832 is looking for a Construction Manager to oversee all construction projects and ensure the highest quality of service for customers and clients. You will manage a wide range of construction functions across multiple sites and lead a team of supervisors and trades.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to meet production goals while maintaining profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous construction management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of all construction projects and ensure customer and client satisfaction
• Manage the construction team and assign leas to superintendents
• Ensure project schedules are in place and monitor completion schedules and budgetary requirements
• Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work.
• Ensure proper documentation of each project including photos, contracts, change orders, etc.
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job debrief with other superintendents
