Servpro of West Greenville County is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee all construction projects and ensure the highest level of service for customers and clients. You will lead the construction team, manage schedules, and monitor budgets to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Requires strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Must be able to meet production goals and maintain profitability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities required.
• PMP certification preferred or in consideration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of all construction projects and ensure customer and client satisfaction.
• Manage the construction team and assign tasks to superintendents.
• Ensure project schedules are in place and monitor completion and budgetary requirements.
• Ensure work complies with plans, codes, and scope of work.
• Document each project with photos, contracts, and change orders; conduct end-of-day debriefs with superintendents.
