Leoforce in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead ground-up retail and light-industrial projects. You will manage all phases from site setup through turnover, coordinating with design teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver on time and on budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction project management, with commercial-construction experience and DMV market familiarity.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Construction or similar experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Construction Project Management.
• Experience with Commercial Construction.
• Ground up large retail or light industrial experience preferred.
• Experience in the DMV market preferred.
