About CEG Solutions
CEG Solutions LLC is a leading national Energy Service Company (ESCO) that specializes in delivering transformative sustainability and infrastructure projects. Originating as a general contractor, we leverage deep construction expertise and rigorous data analysis to provide turnkey, design-build energy and water efficiency solutions at no upfront cost to our clients.
With over $1 billion in projects awarded or in development, we partner with federal, state, and local governments, as well as healthcare and education sectors, to modernize complex facilities. Following our recent 2025 merger with Iconergy, we continue to expand our mission to improve the built environment through innovation, technical excellence, and guaranteed results.
We're looking for a technically sharp, field-savvy Construction Project Manager to lead complex energy (MEP) retrofit and performance contract projects from construction kickoff through commissioning and handoff. If you've walked mechanical rooms, collaborated with controls contractors, and taken pride in delivering a building that actually performs to spec — this role was written for you.
This is not a desk job. You'll manage multi-discipline subcontractor trades teams, own the schedule and budget, drive commissioning, and build lasting relationships with facility owners and operators who are counting on the performance guarantees you put your name on.
This role requires regular fieldwork in active construction environments. You must be able to ascend/descend ladders and stairs, work safely around construction equipment and energized systems, lift and/or transport up to 75 lbs., and communicate clearly in loud or complex field conditions.
Every project you deliver cuts energy waste, reduces carbon emissions, and proves to building owners that sustainability is an investment — not a cost. You'll see the results of your work on a utility bill, in a commissioning report, and in the trust of a client who brings you back for the next building.
If you're a technically driven PM who wants your work to count for something beyond the punchlist, we want to talk.
