Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to lead through influence and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated project plans with leadership and construction partners.
• Ensure resourcing, construction activities, and contractor ownership to complete builds on time.
• Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with construction partners.
• Track daily progress vs. plan and escalate obstacles to keep projects on schedule.
• Lead weekly meetings with leadership and partners to review plans.
• Provide insightful operational analysis and reporting on performance vs. goals.
• Secure permits and easements required for construction.
• Perform QC, verify as-builts, and ensure quality per standards and policies.
• Maintain accountability for safety, customer service, productivity, quality.
