Gateway Fiber in Chicopee, MA is seeking a Project Manager (Construction) to lead fiber deployment programs from planning through completion, coordinating with leadership and contractors. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive schedules and ensure quality.

Competenze

• 2- or 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to lead through influence and manage multiple stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Develop integrated project plans with leadership and construction partners.
• Ensure resourcing, construction activities, and contractor ownership to complete builds on time.
• Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with construction partners.
• Track daily progress vs. plan and escalate obstacles to keep projects on schedule.
• Lead weekly meetings with leadership and partners to review plans.
• Provide insightful operational analysis and reporting on performance vs. goals.
• Secure permits and easements required for construction.
• Perform QC, verify as-builts, and ensure quality per standards and policies.
• Maintain accountability for safety, customer service, productivity, quality.
