Job summary

CP Engineers is seeking an experienced Construction Services Project Manager to oversee active construction projects, coordinate field operations, and maintain strong client communication throughout project delivery. This role is primarily in-office with field-based work and limited remote flexibility.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction management, a PE license preferred, and proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, QA/QC, and multidisciplinary teams across infrastructure

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in construction management or related roles.
• Experience managing complex projects with contractor oversight, scheduling, budgeting, and QA/QC.
• Strong understanding of project controls, field documentation, and client communication.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction services projects, ensuring on-schedule delivery and budget alignment.
• Coordinate project staff, field inspectors, subs, and stakeholders to ensure quality and timely execution.
• Monitor project financial performance, staffing, resource utilization, and profitability metrics.
• Maintain strong client relationships and support business development through proposals and opportunities.
• Support staff development, workflows, QA/QC procedures, and project controls compliance.
