Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. seeks an experienced project administrator to oversee multiple construction management projects. You will ensure accurate documentation, schedules, and budgets while coordinating field and office activities for roadway, bridge, and building projects.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Immigration sponsorship is limited to TN visa candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage systems and staff to ensure project documentation is accurate and current.
• Manage construction and rehabilitation projects for roadways, bridges and buildings.
• Coordinate work assignments for multiple construction projects.
• Supervise and manage State and Consultant project engineers and inspectors.
• Review and analyze construction claims and change orders.
• Monitor project cost, schedule and quality, and prepare reports.
