Job summary

The Falcon Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Miami, FL. You will lead field inspections, data processing, and coordination of submittals while tracking budgets, schedules, and contracts to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.

You will present project status to Condominium Boards and align with design professionals, contractors, and client teams. Travel to client sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• The candidate holds an Associate's degree or higher in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in architectural/engineering consulting, construction administration, or similar.
• Experience with schedules and budgets; familiarity with occupied buildings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Attend Condominium Board meetings and coordinate with contractors and design professionals.
• Prepare presentations for Condo Board and Community on project progress.
• Track agendas, minutes and action items for all project meetings.
• Produce weekly updates and monthly progress reports.
• Review project contracts and provide feedback to optimize design and cost.
• Review drawings, submittals, specs, and maximize efficiency and avoid delays.
• Develop detailed schedules, budgets, and cashflow projections.
• Perform site inspections to verify quality and contractual compliance.
