Job summary

CSEngineering, based in Cheyenne, WY, seeks a Construction Project Manager to support the VA Medical Center onsite. You will assist in planning, documentation, and procurement and help monitor construction contracts at the station.

The role requires coordination between engineering and design teams, adherence to industry standards, and strong English communication. An ABET/NAAB-accredited degree and five years in construction management are required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree from ABET or NAAB accredited school or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction management.
• Shall know construction scheduling methods and building and construction crafts to verify workmanship per plans and specs.
• Must communicate effectively in English, in writing and verbally, and prepare reports and brief management.

Responsibilities

• Assist Cheyenne VAMC Engineering department in preparing documents supporting maintenance and construction project planning, programming, and procurement; monitor ongoing construction contracts at this station.
• Provide construction management and engineering services related to real property to assist the Cheyenne VAMC Engineering/Designing department.
