Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates analyzing labor, materials, and overhead.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, requirements and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, ensure timelines and budgets, mitigate risks, and address challenges.
• Lead project meetings and provide status updates to team and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for quotes and quality standards.
• Maintain contracts, change orders, and reports; ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Conduct post-project evaluations for improvements and lessons learned.
