Job summary

NOVO Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee Bay Area projects, coordinate schedules and quality control, and facilitate communication among owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors.

The role requires strong estimating skills and a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will report to the Project Executive and NOVO ownership and supervise project teams, including Superintendents, Project Engineers, and Project Administrators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera).

Responsibilities

• Attend project walks and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Prepare and analyze subcontractor proposals and bid tabulations.
• Manage cost control including change orders and invoices.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and master drawings.
• Lead meetings with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
