Qualifications

• Strong construction experience in drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, and exterior cladding trades.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contract documents.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of assigned construction projects.
• Lead project turnover and kickoff meetings.
• Develop and manage project budgets.
• Review contracts and approve purchase orders.
• Ensure all documentation and contract obligations are properly completed.

Skills
