Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a full-time Project Manager to support the growth of Arcadis Construction Services in the Sacramento, CA area. The role focuses on leading complex construction and environmental projects across the western United States, while maintaining safety and quality.

The successful candidate will manage scope, schedule, and budget, build strong client relationships, and coordinate with regulators, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver value and compliant results.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of construction management or project delivery experience.
• Customer, client, subcontractor, and stakeholder management required.
• 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification required.
• Ability to travel across the western United States and nationwide.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from planning through closeout and client acceptance.
• Lead coordination among clients, regulators, subcontractors, vendors, and field crews.
• Develop and manage work plans, cost estimates, schedules, procurement and change orders.
• Drive health and safety performance and ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor project staff and promote collaborative delivery.
