Role accountabilities:
  • Manage construction projects from planning through execution, closeout, and client acceptance, with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, and subcontractor performance.

  • Lead coordination among clients, regulators, subcontractors, vendors, internal technical teams, and field crews to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient project delivery.
  • Develop and manage project work plans, cost estimates, schedules, procurement strategies, change orders, progress reporting, and project controls.
  • Drive health and safety performance in the field, reinforce Arcadis safety expectations, and ensure project teams comply with applicable OSHA, HAZWOPER, client, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide customer and stakeholder management that builds trust, resolves issues proactively, and strengthens long-term client relationships.
  • Support proposal development, bid reviews, constructability input, subcontractor pricing, and project execution planning for ACS opportunities.
  • Mentor project staff and field teams while promoting a collaborative, accountable, and solutions-focused delivery culture.
Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across technical, construction, client, and regulatory teams.
  • Ability to travel to project sites throughout the western United States and nationwide as business needs require.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
  • Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, environmental science, or related discipline.
  • Construction experience in remediation, environmental cleanup, contaminated site work, or hazardous materials environments strongly preferred.
  • Experience with fueling systems, underground storage tank installation, aboveground storage tank installation, petroleum infrastructure, or similar regulated construction projects desirable.
  • Veeder-Root and INCON equipment certifications or related fuel system monitoring experience are desirable.
