Responsibilities

• Support sales by assisting with quotes, project development, and proposals.
• Validate project scope, cost, and schedule via documents and meetings.
• Manage change orders, pricing strategies, and total solutions across streams.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and prepare communication plans with stakeholders.
• Oversee subcontractors and RFQ processes; establish progress communication guidelines.
• Manage cash flow, forecast costs, and backlog reviews with leaders.
• Create and maintain project schedules; coordinate with Controls PM on plans.
