We currently haveanopening foraProject Manager.Our Project Managers are responsibilities for detailing and preparing submittals,setting upprojectschedules,maintainingbudgets,purchasing,managingcontract,changeordersandsuccessof the project.The rolesrequireextraordinary job performance to ensure consistency in execution, accuracy and excellent communication skills and a high degree of construction management skills to drive efficiencies and on time and in budget job completion.In addition, they provide frequentreal-timeupdates to various departments at various levels as well asmanagingandschedulingdirect reports to meet or exceed all customers’ expectations both internal and external.Alliedisfocused on new construction projects that include health care, food and beverage, hospitality, defense, aerospace, industrial,institutionaland multi-family projectsthroughout Florida.

Thesepositionwork in conjunction with our Sr. Management Team toensure compliance with meeting contract deadlines,ensure quality control standards, on time delivery and meet budgets.In depth knowledge and management is required ofhollow metal doors, wood doors, architectural hardware, accesscontroland construction management.Complete knowledge of the industry’ssupply chain and the fluid and fluctuating changes in today’s manufacturing environment using factory lead timesalongsidein houseproduction times to build production and shipping schedules.
