Job summary

Susquehanna Valley Construction Corporation is seeking a Project Manager responsible for organizing and directing project activities from estimating through to on-time completion. You will oversee Foremen, coordinate with the Chief Engineer, and drive profitability while maintaining safety and schedule adherence.

Key duties include developing long-term CPM schedules, managing three-week look-ahead plans, and ensuring timely submissions to the project owner.

Qualifications

• Requires BS in Civil Engineering and PE license in PA preferred.
• Experience in project management and leading foremen/crews preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and BlueBeam Revu required.

Responsibilities

• Organize projects and ensure Foremen execute the plan.
• Plan equipment, materials, and staffing from bid documents.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers and coordinate with the Chief Engineer.
