Job summary

Dellbrook|JKS is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects across Massachusetts. You will coordinate field supervision, subcontractors, and vendors to align with the project schedule and budget, and partner with superintendents to hit milestones.

You will build strong client and team relationships, oversee risk, review RFIs and submittals, manage cost reporting, and mentor junior staff while adhering to SOPs and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience coordinating and managing resources from start to closeout.
• Knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate with Field Supervision, Subcontractors and Vendors to assist them in working to the Project Schedule.
• Partner with Superintendents to achieve project goals.
• Represent the company with Owners, Architects, Consultants, Government Authorities, Vendors and Subcontractors.
• Administer all financial aspects of the project including Owner’s contract, subcontracts, Budgets and purchase orders.
• Build effective working relationships with clients and project team members.
• Manage multiple projects depending on size, complexity, and type.
• Mentor and coach team members.
• Follows the Company Standard Operating Procedures. Leads by example.
• Participates in job site coverage, as needed.
