Turner & Townsend in the United States is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience managing new construction commercial real estate corporate interior projects.

You will support the Project Lead to ensure client objectives are met through effective project management, maintain document control, and liaison with clients, consultants, end users and authorities at all stages.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5+ years of construction management experience delivering commercial real estate projects.
• Experience in the consulting realm is a plus.
• Self-motivated, great communicator, problem solver, organized and efficient.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Scheduling and/or cost estimation skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Project Lead to ensure client objectives are met through an effective Project Management service.
• Assist Project Lead to ensure commissions are managed to the right quality standards and completed on time.
• Assist Project Lead to ensure service delivery on commissions aligns with appointment conditions.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and cross-functional team members.
• Monitor and document project progress and other performance indicators.
• Provide document control assurance and lead management of project information flow.
• Prepare Project Management progress reports and other key documentation for clients.
• Provide a key interface across stakeholders, liaising with clients, consultants, end users and authorities.
• Support project planning, including the detailed project delivery charter.
• Support the establishment of effective project governance, processes and systems.
• Lead elements of project scope and engage cross-functional teams to achieve deliverables.
• Manage the flow of project information between team and client, including meeting minutes.
• Manage change control processes and tracking of requested changes, quotations and approvals.
• Monitor overall project finances.
• Identify opportunities to improve PM processes, templates, and products.
• Ensure awareness of quality, safety, health, and environment issues.
• Conduct background research and benchmarking, presenting findings to the team.
• Knowledge management — input key information into internal databases and share.

Job Description

You are an experienced Project Managerwith a minimum of 5years post-graduate experience managing new construction commercial real estate corporate interior projects.

• To assist Project Lead, to ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of an effective Project Management service.
• Assist Project Lead to ensure commissions are managed to the right quality standards and are completed efficiently and on time.
• Assist Project Lead to ensure service delivery on commissions is in line with the conditions of appointment.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and cross-functional team members.
• Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators
• Provides document control assurance and leads management of project information flow.
• Preparation of Project Management progress reports and other key documentation to be presented to clients.
• Provides a key interface across all stakeholders, liaising with the client, other consultants, end users and authorities, at all project stages.
• Supports project planning, including production the detailed project delivery charter.
• Supports the establishment of effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout project.
• Leading and facilitating the elements of project scope and engaging with cross-functional project team to achieve desired deliverables.
• Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications. Maintenance of meeting minutes and associated documentation.
• Manages the change control process and tracking/documenting of all requested changes, quotations and approvals.
• Monitoring of overall project finances.
• Identifies opportunities to improve Project Management process, procedures, templates, and products referring ideas to the appropriate line manager.
• Identifying and ensuring that the appropriate parties are aware of quality, safety, health, and environment issues.
• Quality Control – Ensuring compliance with quality standards and participation in ISO audits.
• Conducts background research, data collection and benchmarking, and presents findings back to appropriate team members.
• Knowledge management – ensures that key information and learning generated from each commission is inputted into internal databases and shared.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5+years of construction management experience in the delivery of commercial real estate construction projects.
• Experience in the consulting realm is a plus.
• Self-motivated, great communicator, problem solver, capable of working with key client stakeholders, organized, efficient and understands how to manage projects, while being able to produceappropriate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Can manage more than three projects at a time.
• Scheduling and/ or cost estimatingskills is a plus.
