Job summary

Dugan & Meyers is seeking a Construction Project Manager for the Cincinnati area to lead our Concrete Structures team. You will oversee projects with a focus on self-perform concrete operations, ensuring on-time delivery within budget while upholding safety and quality standards.

With 90+ years in the industry, the firm emphasizes collaboration across General Construction, Construction Management, Design-Build, and Concrete Construction.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of relative job experience in concrete construction preferred.
• Knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management with an understanding of industry practices.
• Proven ability to coach, train and mentor others; strong communication and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary representative on each project for all phases of operation and completion.
• Coordinate with clients, coworkers, and stakeholders to ensure clear information flow.
• Initiate cost control and reporting with Estimating and Accounting teams.
• Manage contract finances including change orders, payments, and projections.
• Work with Safety Director to implement and enforce project safety programs.
• Set goals, manage schedules, and monitor milestones and critical path.
• Mentor and guide project team members throughout the project.
