About the Company
Our client is a Denver-based, 100% employee-owned general contractor and construction management firm that builds where the stakes are highest. They deliver complex, mission-critical building and infrastructure projects for public agencies, municipalities, healthcare systems and institutional clients, often inside facilities that never stop running.
Their portfolio includes major aviation work at one of the busiest airports in the country, along with federal facilities, K-12 schools, healthcare, data centers and public and municipal buildings. Aviation makes up roughly half of their work and has for years, giving their team a steady, long-term pipeline. The vast majority of their clients are repeat partners, which says everything about how they work and how they deliver.
This is a growing, people-first team of about 50 to 60 where you're not a number. They hire on attitude, invest heavily in their people and promote from within fast. One recent hire went from Estimator to Director of Preconstruction in under two years. Their culture is purpose-driven and community-minded, and the people who work there say the work-life balance is real.
