Job summary

Inch & Co is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own the full lifecycle of commercial and multi-family construction projects in York, PA. You will lead internal teams, field superintendents, and project partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to company standards.

This role requires proactive decision-making, strong communication, and the ability to read plans and manage subcontracts, change orders, and project documentation with Knowify and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience, commercial or multi-family preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction documents and coordination.
• Proficiency with CM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction: schedule, budget, cost tracking, and records.
• Issue and administer subcontracts, change orders, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with field superintendents, architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Read and interpret construction plans and specs, drive items to resolution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation using Knowify and MS Project.
• Provide regular project updates to leadership.
