Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead commercial and multifamily construction projects in Portland. You will drive preconstruction through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and owners with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and financial performance.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in construction PM, a related degree, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field preferred.
• 4+ years PM experience in commercial/multifamily construction.
• Strong understanding of contracts, scheduling, cost control, subcontractor management.
• Experience with ground-up and renovation projects is preferred.
• Proficiency with construction management software tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Create and maintain schedules, budgets, procurement plans and objectives.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, owners, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Lead regular project meetings and assign action items.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Manage project documentation, contracts, change orders and RFIs.
• Provide financial reporting and forecasts to leadership.
• Closeout process including punch lists and warranties.
