• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, architects, and subcontractors – delivering responsive, professional service at every touchpoint.
• Anticipate potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies before issues escalates.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, support field teams, and maintain a cohesive, motivated crew.
• Coach and develop project staff, modeling a high‑performance, solution‑focused culture.
• Ensure thorough project documentation and full compliance with applicable safety and quality standards.
