Job summary

Electra Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Manager to take awarded commercial electrical projects from contract to closeout and help grow the company’s contractor relationships. The role focuses on end-to-end management, coordinating with GCs, owners, and property managers, and driving the growth of a developing commercial division.

The candidate will oversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and permits, while leading weekly progress meetings and ensuring quality and safety

Qualifications

• 3–5 years managing commercial electrical or MEP projects.
• Experience with GC pay apps, change orders, and closeout docs.
• NC electrical license or eligibility is a plus.

Electra Solutions LLC is a licensed electrical contractor (NC Unlimited) building out its commercial division: tenant build-outs, retail remodels, EV charging and commercial maintenance across the Triangle and Triad. We're looking for a Project Manager to take awarded jobs from contract to closeout and help us grow our general contractor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Run commercial electrical projects end to end: budget, schedule, procurement, manpower and closeout
• Serve as the main point of contact for GCs, owners and property managers
• manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and schedules of values for pay applications
• Coordinate permits and inspections with jurisdictions across the Triangle and Triad
• lead weekly site and progress meetings
• Get in early on a growing commercial division with direct access to ownership and room to build your own team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years managing commercial electrical or MEP projects (field-to-PM candidates welcome)
• ~ Experience with GC pay apps, change orders and closeout documentation
• ~ NC electrical license (or eligibility) is a plus; 27–$35 per hour, based on experience
