Qualifications

• Commercial construction experience required, healthcare experience preferred.

• Capable of all project management responsibilities of ground-up construction.

Responsibilities

• Preconstruction, change order management, financial reporting experience.
• Ability to manage teams on one large or multiple small projects.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with Owners and Designers.
