A leading construction manager in the Southeast is looking for a Mid-Senior level Project Manager to oversee various construction projects in Charlotte, North Carolina. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering and at least 3 years of commercial construction experience. Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial construction experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Owner Change Orders.
• Train Office Engineers and Project Engineers.
• Manage document control.
• Prepare and present a four week look-ahead schedule.
• Participate in building the budget.
• Participate in VDC/BIM coordination process.
• Draft subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Review & approve subcontract SOV.
• Review monthly subcontract invoices.
• Participate in subcontractor progress meetings.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong leadership skills

Basic understanding of building code requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field

Equivalent construction experience
