Job summary

DCPS in Avon, Colorado seeks a highly organized Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. You will manage financial, quality, and scheduling KPIs and oversee an on-site foreman, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field (or equivalent experience) and proven construction PM experience, with strong contract knowledge and blueprint reading skills. Competitive benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Create and present monthly financial projections and cash flow for the project.
• Approve invoices, ensure timely owner billings and subcontractor payments.
• Oversee procurement and timely delivery of materials.
• Vet and negotiate subcontractor change orders monthly.
• Ensure safety protocols on-site.
• Mentor direct reports to enable team leverage.
• Write scopes of work into subcontract exhibits.
• Diagnose and manage project risks to keep schedules.
• Lead project closeout meetings with owners and project team.
