Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex projects in Central Texas. You will own initiatives from contract through completion, partnering with an on-site Superintendent who handles day-to-day field operations.

The role emphasizes project controls, budgeting, procurement, and scheduling, with a focus on commercial construction and luxury homebuilding experience as a plus. You will drive communication, risk mitigation, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of project budgeting, cost management, scheduling, and procurement.
• Experience managing subcontractors, contracts, and change orders.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and anticipate project challenges.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Outgoing, collaborative personality with the ability to thrive in a close-knit, hands-on team environment.
• Commercial construction experience is welcome; residential custom or luxury homebuilding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from contract execution through final completion.
• Oversee project budgets, cost controls, and financial performance.
• Coordinate subcontractor sourcing, contracts, and buyout.
• Manage project schedules, procurement, and material coordination.
• Oversee change orders, client selections, and project-related communication.
• Monitor weekly revenue, billing, and overall project performance.
• Partner with on-site Superintendents to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with expectations.
• Identify potential issues proactively and hold subcontractors and project partners accountable.
