Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a Project Manager to lead budgeted construction and facilities projects, setting expectations, ensuring clear communication, and guiding a diverse team. This exempt, salaried role reports to the Director of Engineering.

You will coordinate from award through completion, manage scope, contracts and vendor relations, and ensure all projects meet schedule and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading diverse project teams and managing budgets.
• Ability to coordinate with owners, architects, engineers and city officials.
• Strong communication and mentoring of staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the job from award through completion including scope, bid reviews, awarding of contracts and vendor management.
• Review meetings with Owners, financial representatives, Architects, Engineers, City officials and Contractors.
• Understand project scope, specifications, quality standards, details, and schedule.
• Manage submittal process, shop drawings, product data, samples and mock-ups.
• Assign work and oversee staff utilization to maximize resources.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
