Cumming Group in North Carolina is hiring an Associate Project Manager (Construction/Change Management) to support project management activities on client sites in the USA. The role emphasizes scheduling, contract compliance, and coordination with stakeholders to drive project success.

The ideal candidate has a BS in a related field and 3+ years in project management, engineering, or construction management.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a related field is required or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret project documents including plans and specs.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience supporting project scheduling, budgeting, and QA/QC processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project management team with scheduling, value engineering, and pay apps.
• Support pre-bid activities, design and bid phase planning, and job start meetings.
• Monitor contract compliance and report concerns to the Project Manager.
• Facilitate field meetings, document minutes, and track approvals from agencies.
• Perform QA/QC activities and review RFIs/Submittals for completeness.
• Contribute to CPM scheduling and budget management, and maintain As Built drawings.
