Spriggs Excavation, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead field crews and oversee civil projects from inception to completion. The role requires coordinating schedules, budgets, and client communications while supporting Project Superintendents across multi-state assignments with 100% travel.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years in civil construction, strong communication, and ability to manage subcontractors and safety compliance in a fast-paced travel-heavy environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of civil construction experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, travel-heavy environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate civil projects from start to finish.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and quantities with clients.
• Provide guidance to Project Superintendents and field crews.
• Manage subcontractors to meet quality and safety standards.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and billing with the Director.
• Travel across central United States for project assignments (100%).
