Job summary

STRUCTURAL is seeking a Project Manager for its Building Envelope High-Rise Restoration Division in Alexandria, VA, serving the Greater DMV area. You will manage large, self-perform, complex building envelope repair and facade restoration projects.

Bring a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Civil/Structural Engineering; 3+ years in commercial/public restoration; proven experience up to $10M; proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, BIM 360 and forecasting tools; willingness to travel.

• 3+ years of experience managing commercial or public restoration projects.
• Experience managing projects up to $10M and Procore/Primavera P6/BIM 360 proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own communication across stakeholders to keep projects aligned.
• Lead regular team and client meetings on goals, timelines, and progress.
• Manage procurement and contracts for subs, vendors, and materials.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, change orders, and disputes.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and risk plans with transparent reporting.
• Ensure top-tier quality control with designers and QC teams.
• Promote a strong safety culture aligned with OSHA standards.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Project Manager to join our Building Envelope High- Rise Restoration Division office in Alexandria, VA and serving the Greater DMV/Mid-Atlantic area. As a Project Manager for STRUCTURAL, you will be accountable for managing large, self-perform, complex building envelope repair and facade restoration projects.

What You’ll Do

• Own communication across internal and external stakeholders—keeping projects aligned and moving forward.
• Run regular team and client meetings to align on goals, timelines, and progress.
• Manage procurement and contracts for subs, vendors, and materials to ensure high value and timely delivery.
• Monitor and manage subcontractor performance, change orders, claims, and disputes.
• Build and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk plans with transparency and precision.
• Ensure top-tier quality control in collaboration with designers and QC teams.
• Champion a strong safety culture, aligning with OSHA and project-specific standards.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or a related field, (Master’s, PMP, or DBIA certification a plus)
• 3+ years of experience in commercial or publicconstruction/restoration
  (Structural concrete, façade repair, waterproofing, and historic restoration a plus)
• Proven track record managing construction projects up to $10M
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, Primavera P6, BIM 360, and project forecasting tools
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities
• Willingness to travel (up to 20%) or work on out-of-town projects
