Job summary

Castelion in Torrance, CA seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead the build-out of new sites, coordinating with internal teams, contractors, architects and local authorities to ensure timely, on-budget delivery that meets mission needs and regulatory requirements.

As Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing the build-out of new sites for Castelion. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, architects, and local authorities to ensure our facilities are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with our mission needs. This role requires a high level of autonomy, field presence, and the ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Basic Qualifications

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience supporting aerospace, defense, R&D, or industrial infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with environmental permitting or DoD compliance requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

Physical Demands
