Working Conditions: Work is performed mostly indoors and in a climate‑controlled office environment. Periodic visits to job sites where various conditions can occur. Ability to walk, often on uneven terrain or scaffolding. Occasionally lift or move materials up to 50 pounds and navigate active construction zones. Sharp vision for reading blueprints, inspecting work quality, and ensuring safety compliance. Good hearing to understand instructions and safety signals, and effective communication skills.
Risk/Safety Conditions: There is little, or no risk related to physical and/or mental health and safety associated with this position.
Physical Activities: Walking, lifting, hearing, seeing up close, seeing far away, talking, standing, finger movement, repetitive motions, depth perception. Depending on position assignment, may frequently lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds. Sitting for long periods of time, keyboarding, looking at computer screen.
