Job summary

Randstad USA seeks a Construction Project Manager for an ESPC-driven role in Fort Campbell, KY. The contract position requires 10+ years of mechanical systems, boilers, and BAS experience, plus safety and QA certifications.

Construction Project Manager opportunity located in Fort Campbell, KY. This position will be responsible to drive high-impact federal energy initiatives and lead complex Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC). The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of expertise in mechanical systems, boilers, and building automation, alongside key safety and quality control certifications.

• Oversee full lifecycle execution of Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC), ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Manage installation, integration, and performance of complex mechanical systems, boilers, and building automation systems (BAS).
• Enforce strict site safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance adhering to CQM, OSHA 30, and EM 385-1-1 standards.
• Coordinate daily on-site operations, subcontractors, and federal stakeholders to maintain clear communication and project alignment.
