If you're someone who excels at managing budgets, timelines, subcontractors, and client relationships—with an eye for quality and a drive for results—this is your opportunity to build with the best.

Who We Are:

Here’s the work you get to do:

  • Project Planning & Scheduling: Create and manage detailed construction schedules, ensuring all activities are planned, tracked, and adjusted as needed to meet project goals.
  • Site Management & Oversight: Oversee day-to-day field operations, ensuring work is executed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Manage project budgets, track expenses, approve invoices, and proactively identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining scope and quality.
  • Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination: Schedule, coordinate, and manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing consistent updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction at every phase.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project records including change orders, daily logs, inspection reports, and punch lists. Report regularly to the Area Manager on project progress, challenges, and needs.
  • Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Anticipate project risks and implement effective solutions to keep timelines and deliverables on track.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Area Manager and internal teams to ensure alignment across departments, maintain a smooth workflow, and support overall project success.

Here’s what makes you a great fit for this role:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent in residential or commercial construction
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects or phases simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, local codes, safety standards, and project scheduling
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills—you can build rapport with clients, crews, and partners alike
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office tools
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites throughout the Tampa Bay area
